KAITLYN M. GOULD

Kaitlyn M. Gould has shown to be capable of working with clients on a variety of employment law matters including employment discrimination, wage and hourly claims, and complex business issues. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Kaitlyn majored in International Business and Spanish at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville before attending law school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kaitlyn’s background includes extensive study on matters that affect employment law, including studies on Conflict Resolution in Belfast, Northern Ireland, as well as Corporate Accountability for Human Rights in Geisen, Germany. Her ability to advocate for clients from a variety of different cultures, backgrounds, and upbringings is what makes her adept at working in the employment industry.
Kaitlyn is passionate about working in the new and ever-changing issues that arise in employment law. Kaitlyn’s problem-solving skills and empathy make her adept at handling all situations whether it be in traditional industries such as agriculture, corporate, and manufacturing, or newer realms of employment like the “sharing” economy, internet entrepreneurs, and athletes – having received legal certification in Sports Law at Marquette University.
Kaitlyn is currently barred in both Washington State and Wisconsin. She is an active Member of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association and the National Sports Law Institute. When she’s not advocating for clients, she enjoys traveling, learning about other cultures, and cooking in her spare time.
