Mason C. Hudon
Attorney

Mason C. Hudon has consistently demonstrated an ability to adeptly advocate in the courtroom for his clients on a wide variety of complex issues, including criminal and employment matters. Having spent the majority of his childhood overseas, Mason is particularly empathetic to the struggles and concerns of immigrant workers in the United States and has devoted much of his personal and professional life to giving back to his local community and studying new issues in employment law. A longtime Seattle lite, Mason continues to devote himself to providing the utmost client service to plaintiffs in the Pacific Northwest region and ensuring that all voices are heard.
While attending the University of Washington School of Law, Mason led the Tech Law and Policy Clinic’s Autonomous Vehicles Research Group and was the Chief Online Editor of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology, and the Arts. He also interned with local prosecuting attorneys’ offices for two summers during which he developed a strong tenacity in the courtroom and broadened his advocacy skills. His strong communication, editing, leadership, and critical-thinking skills have provided him with the ability to diligently advocate for his clients while fostering client relationships based on trust and clarity. He continues to be interested in the intersection of technology and employment law and is developing experience in a multitude of other employment areas.
Mason is currently barred in Washington State and is an active member of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association. When he has time, Mason writes music, plays guitar, reads, and tries his hand at new recipes.
