SUMMARY
Tzur K. Shupack is an Associate Attorney who represents employees in employment law matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He brings a strong commitment to justice, careful legal analysis, and client-centered advocacy to his practice.
Tzur earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, where he focused his studies on employment law and workers’ rights. During law school, he gained substantial litigation experience, including serving as a Legal Extern for the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I, where he conducted legal research and analysis in support of appellate judges. He also worked at multiple law firms on matters involving employment and disability discrimination. As a Hazelton Fellow, Tzur contributed to The Law of Evidence in Washington through in-depth review and analysis of Washington State case law.
Prior to law school, Tzur earned a Master of Arts in Law in Human Rights and Transitional Justice from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. He worked with international human rights and nonprofit organizations, including HaMoked in the West Bank, the Citizens’ Constitutional Forum in Fiji, and the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation in Tel Aviv. After returning to Seattle, he continued his public service with AmeriCorps, helping provide food assistance to children throughout the greater Seattle area.
Tzur brings a thoughtful, research-driven, and client-focused approach to employment law, offering clear guidance and effective advocacy to employees navigating complex workplace disputes.
Outside of his practice, Tzur enjoys the nature and culture of the Pacific Northwest and is an avid supporter of local theatre, comedy, and music.
